Lighthouse at Cape Elizabeth, Maine

Kathryn and I took a road trip to the lighthouse at Cape Elizabeth, Maine, earlier today, and I decided to splice together a roughly-one-minute YouTube video of the highlights. I could have posted a bunch of still photos like I usually do, but I thought it’d be more fun to share the sounds of the wind and the waves with all of you.

I’ve posted a few videos on YouTube before, but this was my first time ever using iMovie. As such, I won’t be holding my breath for an invitation to the Academy Awards.

If you have a Google account, please do me a favor and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Thanks!

  1. Great video guys! Such a gorgeous place. The soothing sound of the ocean. Sorry, I don’t use Google so I can’t subscribe. I wish more people would exclude music in their videos.

    1. Thanks! Truth be told, I’d originally planned to mix some ambient music into the video, but I quickly realized the ocean and wind made for a decent background on their own. And, as a bonus, we get to hear Google Maps welcome us to Maine.
