I haven’t been hiking for the past several days. In order to get my usual morning hike done, get home, and shower before I start work at 7 am, I need to leave the house by 4:45. Unfortunately, at this moment, Arizona is under a curfew order every day from 8 pm to 5 am.
I could do a shorter hike, but for now I’ll just stay home and rest my knee. I tweaked it a bit on a recent hike.
In the meantime, here’s a photo from a hike two Saturdays ago.
I thought I’d missed the sunrise, and technically I did. However, the clouds over Arizona gave me an assist that morning. Otherwise, the sun would have been completely washed out the shot on the cheap camera in my low-end smartphone.
Please note: I’m currently testing some new behind-the-scenes blog functionality. There will be at least a few more random, uninteresting posts like this one over the next several days while I work out the bugs. As part of the testing, I’m intentionally not cross-posting them to WordPress. Since Facebook has decided to block this blog, you probably won’t see them there either. If you saw this post in your e-mail inbox or your blog reader, you should be good to go as the blog enters its next phase. If not, you may need to take some action in the near future. Details are forthcoming.
